Suyun içindeki tüm minerallerin giderilmesini sağlayan işlemdir.
Bu üniteler en az iki kolondan oluşmaktadır.
İlk kolonda su içerisindeki katyonlar, katyonik reçinede tutulurken ortama hidrojen iyonu bırakırlar. İkinci kolonda ise anyonik reçine kullanılır ve su ortamından anyonlar uzaklaştırılırken su ortamına hidroksit iyonu verirler. Proses sonunda ilk kolondaki H+ ve ikinci kolonda oluşan OH- iyonu su molekülü oluşur ve mineralsiz su elde edilir.
Ion exchange
It is the process that removes all minerals in the water.
These units consist of at least two columns.
In the first column, the cations in water are held in cationic resin, leaving hydrogen ions in the medium. In the second column, anionic resin is used and the anions are removed from the water medium and give hydroxide ion to the water medium. At the end of the process, H + in the first column and OH- ion water molecule formed in the second column are formed and mineral-free water is obtained.
